University of Allahabad, Prayagraj [UA Prayagraj] is a public central university located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 1887, making it one of the oldest universities in India. It was founded by Sir William Muir, then Lieutenant Governor of the North-Western Provinces. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission [UGC].

Admission Procedure
University of Allahabad, Prayagraj offers undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctorate courses. Such as M.A, M.Sc, B.A B.Sc, MCA, BCA, B.Voc, B.A-LLB, etc.
The Common Universities Entrance Test for Undergraduates (CUET-UG) exam will serve as the basis for all admission to UG courses. Candidates must have received their 10+2 diploma from a reputable board. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in order to be admitted to postgraduate programmes, and admission is determined by the candidate's valid Postgraduate Admission Test (PGAT) exam scores.
UA Prayagraj PhD admission is granted on the basis of the Combined Research Entrance Test (CRET) entrance examination conducted by the university.
