University College of Engineering, Hyderabad (UCEH), established in 1965, is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. UCE, Hyderabad has received recognition from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college was established to become one of the top technological institutes in India providing students with modern and remarkable education in the field of technology and assisting in their overall development.
The college offers numerous undergraduate, postgraduate and integrated courses in the field of engineering and science. The college consists of the following 11 departments namely Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Humanities & Social Sciences. Admission to UCE, Hyderbad is made following the guidelines established by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and JNTUH. Admission Procedure
The University College of Engineering Hyderabad (UCEH) offers a wide variety of UG, PG, and integrated programmes. Admission to UCEH is made in accordance with the guidelines established by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and JNTUH.
Admission in the B.Tech program is done through a common entrance test called Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET). Candidates seeking admission to the MCA programme must pass the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test TS ICET.
Admission to the M.Tech and M.Sc programmes is done through the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) / Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
