Admission Procedure
Direct admission to any UG and PG programmes is available to those who received more than 60% marks in their most recent test (PUC, 10+2, or Graduation). Within the next 7 working days from the date of submission, Admission Offer Letters [Over the Mail] will only be sent to eligible applicants in this category. Candidates must visit the campus to fill out the admission form and submit the required documentation and admission money by the deadline listed on the admission offer letter in order to complete the admission process. The printed copy of the admission offer letter must be brought by the candidates. To be eligible for admission to any UG and PG course, applicants must take an entrance test if their previous exam score was less than 60% (PUC, 10+2, or Graduation). The entrance exam will be taken online. Within the next 7 working days from the date of application, only the eligible applicants in this category will get an Exam Portal Registration Letter and Link [Over the Mail].

The Indian Institute of Digital Art and Animation, Kolkata Placement Cell, and the Institute have long been a favourite place for employers to fill positions because of their solid ties to the sector. The first institute in India to offer a JOB INTENT LETTER / PLACEMENT LETTER on the first day of class for courses in art, animation, photography, and game design is IIDAA. IIDAA, Kolkata aims to provide each applicant at least five opportunities for an interview. However, if a candidate is unsuccessful in the interview stages, IIDAA, Kolkata arranges a free two-month retraining session for that specific applicant to succeed.
Scholarships
Students studying at The Indian Institute of Digital Art and Animation, Kolkata are eligible for a number of scholarships. "IIDAA Annual Scholarship" is available on basis of Annual scholarship Test or Performance of Distinction, every year in the month of August. "IIDAA Research Project Scholarship" is available for 5 students every year only on Basis of Project Documentation and its Viability. "Associated Institution Scholarship" Associated Scholarship is available for the students taking Credit Transfer / Lateral Entry to the Institute from other Associated Institution.
