The Bhopal School of Social Sciences, Bhopal (TBSSS Bhopal) was established in 1972 by Most Rev Dr. Eugene D' Souza, the then Archbishop of Bhopal. TBSSS Bhopal was created in response to the need for a diverse, practical curriculum with an initial emphasis on social service and entrepreneurship. TBSSS Bhopal is supported and managed by the Archdiocese of Bhopal via the BSSS Foundation Society, chaired by the Archbishop of Bhopal. TBSSS Bhopal is situated in the heart of Bhopal City and boasts a striking, verdant campus with close proximity to Habibganj Railway Station, BHEL Township, Barkatullah University, and other adjoining areas. TBSSS Bhopal is affiliated with Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and is approved by UGC.

Admission Procedure

Candidates seeking admission to TBSSS Bhopal will be selected based on their performance in the last eligibility examination, and TBSSS Bhopal will follow the guidelines set by the government, university, and Archdiocese of Bhopal. The admission procedure starts with visiting TBSSS Bhopal website and completing the online registration process. After submitting the anti-ragging form, candidates will be directed to the BSSS registration form on TBSSS Bhopal portal. Payment of the registration fee will be required to complete the registration process, and once payment is made, a confirmation receipt will be issued. Based on the merit of the candidates, a list of eligible candidates will be displayed on TBSSS Bhopal website, and these applicants will be notified via SMS. They will then have to appear for an interview accompanied by their parents. The final list of selected candidates will be displayed on TBSSS Bhopal website and confirmed through SMS. To confirm their admission, candidates must submit their original documents and the online generated fee receipt to TBSSS Bhopal office.
