There are numerous infrastructural facilities available for the students at The Bhawanipur Design Academy, Kolkata. The institution has a library with books and study materials of different subjects and project reports and documents of the alumni students. There is a sports arena (table-tennis and indoor games) for the students to have their recreational activities.
BDA Kolkata, has various facilities for better learning like computer lab, which ensures that students have access to all necessary computer software, which is run on strong, up-to-date equipments. Ample resources here, ensure that pupils receive one-on-one attention. There is also a textile studio where students can obtain hands-on experience, which features looms for weaving, dyeing, and printing equipment. In the texttile studio, BDA Kolkata has thirty-three juki stitching machines for students to use in putting their designs together. Buttonhole attachment machines, overlock, flatlock, and other specialised machines are also available. There is a canteen that serves healthy hygienic food and has a large space for seating. The whole campus of BDA Kolkata is covered with high speed Wi-Fi connectivity. Also the campus has smart-classrooms. The screens in the classrooms can be used to display digital content and presentations. All of the classes, as well as the entire facility, are monitored by CCTV. The classrooms have adequate space for seating and lectures and are also covered with air-conditioning facility.
