The American College, Madurai has a well-stocked library with a collection of nearly 160000 textbooks, reference books, journals, periodicals, and other academic resources.
The hostel facilities are provided by well-maintained separate dorms for boys and girls along with a mess facility. A football ground and a cricket pitch are there along the campus. Three well-maintained tennis court with a basketball court along with a floodlight facility is available. The indoor gymnasium equipped with modernized fitness machinery and devices is present. One well-maintained hockey ground along the campus is there also available.
A well-structured auditorium has also been allotted to host events and cultural fests.
