Admission Procedure

The eligibility criteria for the postgraduate courses are a Bachelor's degree Bachelor of Engineering [B.E.]/Bachelor of Technology [B. Tech] in any branch/discipline, B. Arch., B. Planning, or Masters or equivalent degree in Science; Graduate or equivalent from any branch of Engineering or Postgraduate or equivalent in Environmental Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, Geology, Atmospheric Science, Economics, Geography, Agricultural Science with mathematics at 10+2 level. The applicants for the MBA program, the candidate will be shortlisted based on Common Admission Test [CAT]/Management Aptitude Test [MAT]/Graduate Management Admission Test [GMAT]/Common Management Admission Test [CMAT]/Xavier School of Management [XAT] scores or candidates who have not appeared for the above exams can take the TERI SAS Common Entrance Test.
The eligibility criteria for the doctorate programs are M.Sc/M.A/M.Phil in a relevant field or equivalent. LL.M or equivalent postgraduate degree in law for admission to Ph.D in Law. Only those who have a minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10-point scale or 75% marks should consider applying in this category.
However, the general admission process includes- filling up the application form available on the university website and submitting it along with the required documents and application fee. Final selection is based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exam, personal interview, group discussion, and academic record.
