Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts (SSCA), Pune was established in 2016 and is a constituent of Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune. SSCA, Pune was set up to meet the needs of the food industry by training and developing specialised culinary professionals.
Students can pursue 2 undergraduate, 1 diploma (DIP) and 1 advanced diploma (Adv DIP) course at SSCA, Pune. The UG courses are for the degree of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Culinary Arts, and Hospitality and Culinary Management; the DIP course is in Bakery and Patisserie Skills; and Adv. DIP in Global and Contemporary Cuisine.

Candidates for UG admission at SSCA, Pune must pass their HSC (10+2) examination from any board. Final selection is based on the results of the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) ranking, the Personal Interaction (PI) procedure, and the Written Ability Test (WAT). Admission to the Advanced Diploma is through a Personal Interview and Written Ability Test.
