St. Joseph's Institute of Management, Bengaluru (SJIM Bengaluru) was founded in 1968 and is the sole Jesuit business school in Bangalore. SJIM Bengaluru received AICTE approval in November 1996. SJIM Bengaluru now runs out of a large, cutting-edge campus at Webbs Ground, M.G. Road, Bangalore, right in the center of the city.

The primary focus of the Placement Cell of SJIM Bengaluru is to provide students with comprehensive business education so that they are prepared for the workforce from day one. SJIM Bengaluru adheres to a systematic Career Advancement Training procedure in order to assist students in enhancing their inherent skills and preparing them to be hired for the greatest employment roles inside the firm.

The method is centered on the holistic development of students and the successful transition of students from the campus to the workplace. The students of SIJM Bengaluru get placed in companies like Accenture, Hewlett Packards Enterprises, Palo Alto, Hitachi Vantara, Goldman Sachs, Federal Bank, Mercedes Benz, TCS, KPMG, Deloitte, IBM, etc. 30% of the students of SJIM Bengaluru receive scholarships each year, on average. Admission Procedure

St. Joseph`s Institute of Management, Bengaluru offers PG diploma and Ph.D. degrees. Admission to SJIM Bengaluru is done online, and the application form can be obtained on the college's website. Admission to the PGDM programme will be determined by: a) Passing scores on the entrance exams like Common Admission Test (CAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), and Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), b)Essay Writing Assignment, c) Individual Interview, d) Work History, e) Maintaining high grades at the tenth, twelfth, and graduate levels. Shortlisted candidates will be chosen based on their track record of academic success, aptitude test results, and work experience. Only the applicants who have been shortlisted will be contacted for the essay writing and personal interview. Candidates for Ph.D program will be chosen based on their academic records, research experience (if any), marks obtained in the University admission exams or other competitive examinations, and the SJIM Bengaluru interview.
