St. Joseph College Of Engineering, Kanchipuram (SJCE) offers several beneficial infrastructural facilities to its students.
The college library is well-infrastructured, and spacious, and has a vast collection of both prints and e-resources. The central library is extended over 25000sq.ft of a fully air-conditioned building. It consists of 46073 books. At the digital library e-books and 570 e-journals are available. SJCE, Kanchipuram has 3 indoor gyms on campus. Basic Gym, Advanced Gym, and Women's Gym. A basic gym primarily intended for beginners would teach the exercises recommended by a physiotherapist using adequate weight-lifting equipment and dumbbells. The advanced gym is intended for athletes, bodybuilders, and those who have received adequate training in the basic gym. All of the equipment is imported, and hydraulic coaches and physios train athletes and teach them how to use it. The women's gym is made especially only for women or female students of SJCE, Kanchipuram.
The college organises sporting events and encourages students to participate. It has facilities for basketball, badminton, kabaddi, and indoor games like chess, carrom, and two table tennis boards. The college also consists of a well-maintained running track.
The college has a place for males to stay. For the guys, two blocks are available. With 342 rooms distributed over three stories and a total area of 2,18,000 square feet, the boy's hostel can house 1368 pupils. The college features a separate dorm for female students. Two blocks are set aside solely for females. With 250 rooms distributed over three levels and 1,75,000 square feet in size, the girl's hostel can house up to 1000 students.

Veg food includes traditional South Indian dishes as well as tasty North Indian and Chinese dishes. Diet Veg includes Nutritious soup and dishes with less salt. Low-calorie food items like dry chapattis, dhal, fresh vegetables salad, and rice with rasam are also served here. Non-Veg food in the cafeteria includes Mutton, Chicken, Fish, Egg as well as Dry fish.
SJCE, Kanchipuram has a 35,000-square-foot indoor auditorium that has an integrated sound and lighting system. This auditorium is used for all significant college events, like convocation and college day, among others. Students can use the auditorium can use it to play indoor games like badminton and table tennis on typical days. The campus also has a spacious seminar hall which is used for hosting various academic events such as conferences, seminars, important meetings, etc.
On campus, there are two open-air theaters—one close to the boy's hostel and one close to the girl's hostel. They provide a dual function as stages for student-performed cultural acts as well as movie screens and projectors for the students' amusement.
