Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, (SRCAS, Coimbatore), formerly known as SNR Sons College was established in 1897. Affiliated with Bharathiar University SRCAS provides 27 Undergraduate and 25 Postgraduate and 10 research programs, including BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MA, M.Com, M.Sc, and others. Admission to the college is based on merit, and the application form has to be filled up offline.
SRCAS, Coimbatore has a placement rate of 96% and has been steadily increasing. Students are placed in top-recruiting firms such as Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, HDFC, IDBI, and others. SRCAS, Coimbatore strives to inculcate the educational and spiritual ideas of Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda in the pupils. For UG admission at SRCAS, Coimbatore candidates must pass HSC examination in a relevant stream from any board. Candidates for PG admission at SRCAS, Coimbatore must complete a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
