SLIMS, Puducherry offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees under the faculty of MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery) and MD(Doctor of Medicine) and MS (Master of Surgery), respectively. SLIMS, Puducherry follows an online process of admission. Admission to SLIMS, Puducherry is done by only following the merit and eligibility of the applicants. Aspiring applicants applying for MBBS to SLIMS, Puducherry must appear for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET), and accordingly, admission occurs following the rank of the applicants. Aspiring MBBS applicants also need to pass Higher Secondary Examination in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology. Applicants applying for Post Graduate degree must appear for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET PG) and accordingly, admission occurs following the rank of the applicants. PG applicants must have secured MBBS Degree.
