Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development, Mysuru (SDMIMD Mysuru) was established in 1993 by the promotion of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Educational Trust. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE] and its Post Graduate Diploma in Management program has Master of Business [MBA] equivalence status by the Association of Indian Universities [AIU]. SDMIMD Mysuru offers a two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management [PGDM] course with specific specializations e.g. General Management, Finance, Marketing, etc. It also offers a Ph.D. program in management. The students at SDMIMD Mysuru engage in multiple extracurricular and co-curricular activities through the Clubs and Committees managed by both the students and professors. SDMIMD Mysuru is located on the foothills of Chamundi Hills in the city of Mysore. Admission Procedure
SDMIMD offers a two-year, full-time, residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), and Ph.D. Courses. Candidates seeking PGDM admission should hold 50% aggregate in 10th Std, 12th Std. Degree. Full-time graduation courses in any discipline recognized by the UGC/AIU, qualify in Entrance exams such as Common Admission Test (CAT)/ Xavier Aptitude Test(XAT)/ Graduate Management Aptitude Test(GMAT)/ Common Management Aptitude Test(CMAT)/ Agriculture Technology Management Agency(ATMA). And for Ph.D. Admission Candidates who have completed an MBA or any other Master's Degree with 55% & above, Qualify-National Eligibility Test(NET), Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) University of Mysore - Ph.D. Entrance Exam, University Grants Commission – Junior Research Fellow(UGC-JRF). Applicants will be shortlisted based on consistent academic performance, competitive exam scores, and recognition of participation in extracurricular activities. Shortlisted applicants will be called for Personal Interviews.
