Shivaji College, Delhi (SC) established in 1961, is affiliated with the University of Delhi. This institution aspires to be a premier institution by striving for excellence in all aspects. It aspires to be a centre for not only academic learning but also holistic development. SC, Delhi provides high-quality education and assists students in developing relevant skills which will help them with finding sustainable employment opportunities.

SC, Delhi offers courses in the field of Science, Arts, and Commerce. Currently, the college offers 20 undergraduate courses and 3 postgraduate courses. SC, Delhi offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Admissions to all undergraduate programmes at the University of Delhi will be based on the scores obtained in CUET. Candidate must take CUET only in subjects in which he or she has passed Class XII. For PG admission, candidates must complete a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject from any recognised university.

SC, Delhi's dynamic staff inspires students to go beyond the classroom and gain experiences that will help them develop into sensitive cultural differences and socially responsible adults. By fostering students' entire development, we hope to enable them to benefit society and the country as a whole. Senior faculty members are supervising Ph.D. students enrolled at other universities as well as the University of Delhi. SC, Delhi provides scholarships to students based on their eligibility to encourage students and help them achieve their desired future goals/careers.

SC, Delhi has an extremely active Placement Cell that works tirelessly throughout the year to provide internship and employment opportunities to its students. Additionally, the cell hosts presentations, seminars, and workshops on skill development that give students a thorough understanding of the conditions present in the current employment market. To make sure that students may take advantage of opportunities offered by the university campus, the cell collaborates with the central placement cell of the University of Delhi. SC, Delhi offers several infrastructural facilities such as a well-stocked library, spacious and ventilated classrooms, state-of-the-art labs, an auditorium, a banking facility, a canteen serving delicious and hygienic food, etc.

Admission Procedure

Shivaji College, Delhi offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Admissions to all undergraduate programmes at the University of Delhi will be based on the scores obtained in the Central University Entrance Test (CUET). Candidate must appear in CUET in only those subject in which s(he) has passed Class XII.
