Shikshan Prasarak Mandali's Sir Parshurambhau College, Pune is situated on a 25-acre, lush campus in the centre of the city. On this property, 16 buildings have been constructed, along with 84 classrooms, 40 LCD-equipped classrooms, a men's and women's hostel (each with a capacity of 200), 35 laboratories, 13 computer laboratories, one new laboratory with 100 computers and a LAN facility (the Online Research Laboratory), funded by RUSA, and 5 research laboratories.

The library (Knowledge Resource Centre) is housed in a separate, historically significant structure. Many departments keep their own libraries filled with books on certain subjects. In their various research centers, departmental libraries also keep copies of PG Dissertations and Ph.D. Theses.

Other facilities that improve the teaching-learning process include an 8-acre sports field, a 6-lane renovated swimming pool that meets Olympic standards, a gym with cutting-edge equipment, a state-of-the-art auditorium (Lady Ramabai Hall is renovated and has a capacity of 291), a conference room, life science museums, a greenhouse, 4 ICT-enabled seminar halls, a botanical garden, a Nakshatra garden, a bio-gas.

The departments of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science are situated in distinct buildings inside the campus, and the Department of Mathematics is located in a separate bungalow that was formerly used as a residence for administrative officials. The language lab is located in a similar bungalow, which also houses the National Service Scheme and National Cadet Core.
