Admission Procedure
The admission process at RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Mumbai (RICSSBEAU Mumbai) is based on a merit-based system. RICSSBEAU Mumbai offers undergraduate programs such as Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA] in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure. In addition, RICSSBEAU Mumbai also offers postgraduate programs such as Master of Business Administration [MBA] in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure, Construction Project Management and Construction Economics and Quality Surveying. The students may also opt for Postgraduate Diploma in Facilities Management. The doctoral program is conferred with Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] degree in fields of construction and real estate management e.g. (but not limited to) construction Management/Project Management, Urban Management/Infrastructure Management, Construction Economics & Quantity Surveying, and more. The eligibility criteria for undergraduate courses are that the students should have passed 10+2 grade with a minimum of 55%. Applicants must appear for the Amity Joint Entrance Examination (Amity JEE) i.e. the written test, which is conducted by Amity University. Alternatively, applicants can also submit their scores from other recognised entrance exams such as Management Aptitude Test [MAT]/Common Management Admission Test [CMAT]/Common Admission Test [CAT]/Xavier Aptitude Test [XAT]/NMIMS Management Aptitude Test [NMAT].
RICSSBEAU Mumbai invites shortlisted candidates for a personal interview with the admission committee. The interview is conducted either in person or online. Based on the applicant's performance in the entrance exam and personal interview, the admission committee makes an offer of admission to the selected candidates.
