What is BDS?

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) is a three-year undergraduate course that trains students in the art of Dentistry. After the completion of this degree, students pursue careers in the Dental profession.

Eligibility Criteria for BDS

The following are the criteria for a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree:  

  • Candidates who have given their class 12 board exams with 50% and above are eligible to apply 
  • Candidates who had Science in their +2 are eligible to apply. 
  • Students are expected to clear their NEET exams.
  • After the candidate clears NEET or other equivalent exams there will be a personal interview round taking place.
  • Students are expected to clear this personal interview rountoto gain admission.
