Rajdhani College of Engineering and Management, Bhubaneswar has a cutting-edge infrastructure. The campus is wifi-enabled and it is located in the center of Bhubaneswar city. There are 12 classrooms, 2 tutorial rooms, 1 drawing hall which can accommodate 62 students, and an Air-conditioned computer lab with a lease in internet facility. There is also an air-conditioned conference room with AV equipment.
At RCEM Bhubaneswar, there are over 30,000 books stacked in the library. In addition to keeping a healthy collection of books in the library, it also subscribes to over 30 national and 10 foreign journals and magazines.
Sports infrastructure includes every kind of indoor game Carrom, chess, badminton, etc.
A canteen with kitchen facilities and decorated dining areas inside the campus. It offers lunch, supper, tea, and tiffin services at a reasonable cost. The provision of high-quality, sanitary cuisine to student clients is given special consideration.
Students may also pay to have items prepared of their own choosing on a concessionary basis. Boys and girls have separate access to hostel facilities.
