Ragas Dental College and Hospital, Chennai ensures that enough physical infrastructure is accessible and efficiently utilized. Students now have access to cutting-edge amenities and a stress-free learning environment on a well-kept, beautiful green campus. The campus contains ICT-equipped lecture halls and seminar rooms where interactive lectures are held that are well-ventilated. There are seminar rooms and classrooms with ICT facilities, LCD projectors, and LAN features. Each of these classrooms is well-ventilated and has ample space to accommodate all of the students, ensuring that teaching and learning take place in a cozy and upscale environment.
The laboratories, seminar rooms, and lecture halls are all Wi-Fi-equipped. For the advantage of undergraduate and graduate students, RDCH Chennai has well-equipped laboratories. The library of RDCH Chennai has 300 seats and is 8000 square feet in size. The central library is home to 5733 volumes totaling 905 titles, 3075 copies of reference books, and diverse collections of 107 national and 36 foreign publications on a variety of dental specialties. The library currently has 1113 bound volumes. International periodicals from all fields from 50 years ago are also available. Every department has its own department-specific library in addition to the central library. Additionally, the main library has articles about Unani medicine. 27 foreign online journals are available.
RDCH Chennai is connected to The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University Guindy, Chennai, through an e-consortium. RDCH Chennai offers a sizable throw ball/volleyball court for outdoor sports and other outdoor activities. There is also a spacious, well-kept kho-kho field and a cricket field. Sports like hockey and football are also played on the outdoor cricket field. The outdoor field is well-kept, and the campus maintenance team takes extra care to make the appropriate arrangements prior to every sporting event. RDCH Chennai has a stadium within. Additionally, there are facilities on campus for students to play indoor games including carom, chess, and table tennis.
Two auditoriums are available on campus for a variety of academic and cultural events. A medical hospital linked with the RDCH Chennai complex that is licenced by the Greater Chennai Corporation is located on campus and offers 24-hour medical and pharmacy services. Days scholars of RDCH Chennai receive transportation services, while house students receive dorm accommodations.
Hostels are offered separately for boys and girls, with 130 rooms and 52 rooms that can house 131 boys and 20 girls, respectively. The hostel mess serves healthful food that is well-balanced and prepared by the in-house culinary staff. The on-site catering crew delivers a balanced selection of healthy cuisine at the dorm mess. On campus, there are two cafeterias and an AXIS bank ATM.
