PSG College of Physiotherapy, Coimbatore has a nicely maintained and well-stocked library with a seating capacity of 60 people. The library contains a wide collection of academic and informational resources to meet the learning and research requirements of students and faculty. It has a total of 2273 textbooks and reference books, 310 back volumes, 372 UG and PG dissertations 100 CDs 29 journals. PSGCP, Coimbatore also has its digital library equipped with 4 Mbps broadband internet and 44 computers. The digital library has access to a wide range of unique e-books, e-journals, and an e-question bank.
Accommodation facilities are available for both men and women. The hostels are clean, well-maintained, and equipped efficiently to provide a smooth and comfortable staying and studying experience for the students. Some amenities available at the hostels include a study hall, a prayer hall, a recreation room, facilities for indoor games, fully mechanized laundry, a separate hall for television viewing, an RO water treatment plant, a reading room stocked with the latest periodicals and leading newspapers, and electricity supply with generator backup for 24 hours. The hostel provides mess facilities with a spacious dining hall that serves healthy, hygienic, and marvellous vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

PSGCP, Coimbatore has well-maintained playgrounds for outdoor sports such as tennis, volleyball, basketball, throwball, ball badminton, kho-kho, handball, football, hockey, cricket, kabaddi, and outdoor gymnastics. PSGCP, Coimbatore motivates students and staff to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. It has well-equipped separate gyms with expert and qualified physiotherapists and fitness trainers for male and female staff and students.
PSGCP, Coimbatore’s canteen is well-maintained and has the perfect ambiance for socializing. It is the go-to place for students after class hours. It is available to both staff and students. Multicuisine dishes are prepared in a hygienic and nutritious way to satisfy everyone's tastes and preferences. The canteen consists of a bakery, a grocery store, a fruit station, a tea shop, and a clean restaurant.
PSGCP, Coimbatore organises a range of events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, academic activities, and cultural functions. All these events are held in the college auditorium, which has a striking interior design and state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities. To ease banking transactions for students, an ATM and a branch of Central Bank of India are situated within the campus.
PSGCP, Coimbatore’s campus is wi-fi enabled and has well-structured and properly ventilated classrooms equipped with modern technology such as LCD projectors, overhead projectors, and speakers to facilitate a favourable teaching-learning environment. Each department of PSGCP, Coimbatore has fully equipped laboratories with modern technological innovations advantageous for the student’s learning and training. The campus contains a Low-Frequency lab, an Exercise therapy lab, a High-Frequency lab, a Demonstration lab, and a Walking School.
The PSG Hospital attached to the campus is a well-known hospital with 950 beds and 26 specialty departments. During their internship phase, students are posted at different departments to receive clinical experience. PSGCP, Coimbatore has tie-ups with the PSG Well Center for students to provide attention to the psychological and personal needs of students.
