Presidency College (PC), Chennai is one of the first colleges in the country. Established in 1840 the college envisioned providing students with higher education. Today, PC, Chennai affiliated with the University of Madras offers its students bachelor’s, postgraduate, and doctoral degree courses in the various disciplines of humanities, commerce, and science.
