The Poona College of Pharmacy (PCP) was established by Dr. Patangrao Kadam in the year 1981. PCP is affiliated with Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) and is located in Pune.

Admission Procedure

The admission at the Poona College of Pharmacy is done online and based on merit. The students are required to qualify for the Common Entrance Test (CET). PCP is a co-ed institution.

The B.Pharm, Pharma.D, M.Pharm, and Ph.D. programmes are available to prospective students at PCP Pune. The M.Pharm programme lasts two years with seven specialisations. As with the M.Pharm programme, the college offers a Ph.D. programme in seven specialisations. Students who have completed the 10+2/HSC with at least 50% of the required marks from an accredited Board are eligible to apply for admission to the B.Pharm programme.
Students must have a B.Pharm degree with a minimum of 60% overall marks in order to be admitted to the M.Pharm programme and qualify for the online entrance test conducted by the college. 

Faculty

The faculty members of the Poona College of Pharmacy are all experienced and the best in their fields. Both the teaching and the non-teaching faculties follow the guidelines of the college and provide the students with their best services. The teaching faculty of the college is renowned and the members are invited to various seminars, lectures, events, and paper setters for various exams.
