Admission Procedure
Puducherry Technological University, Puducherry (PTUP) conducts its admission process in accordance with the guidelines of the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). The candidates interested in seeking admission at PTU, Puducherry can apply for admission to PTU by filling out the application form available on the official website. The application form can also be obtained in person from the admission office of the university.
Candidates wishing to apply for their desired subject course must fulfil the eligibility criteria for the course. For the undergraduate degree courses, the candidates must pass a 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with PCM or PCB as the subjects. For the postgraduate degree courses, the candidates must qualify for their bachelor’s degree in the relevant science or technological subject discipline from a recognised university. Candidates must qualify for the entrance test to be considered for admission.
