The admission process of PUC Aizawl is based on the guidelines of Mizoram University and UGC. For admission to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses, a student must appear for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Selections are made according to the rank secured in the entrance examinations.
PUC Aizawl campus has a well-stocked library along with a digital library system. For the convenience of the students in better understanding of a practical-oriented aspect of the subject matter, the college has well-equipped course-specific labs. For the convenience of students residing far away, the college provides separate hostels for boys and girls. Admission Procedure
Pachhunga University College, Aizawl follows an online method of admission. Applicants to PUC Aizawl are selected based on their merit and eligibility criteria. PUC Aizawl offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate courses under the faculty of Bachelor in Arts, Science, and Commerce; Master in Arts and Science and Doctorate in Science and Arts, respectively. Each applicant must appear for the Pachhunga University College Entrance Test (PUCET).
Undergraduate applicants must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination and are selected based on the rank scored in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Whereas, for the postgraduate courses a bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline is required along with rank scores in the Common University Entrance Test-Postgraduate (CUET-PG), followed by a personal interview. Applicants interested in applying for the doctoral must have a postgraduate degree and valid scores in any one of the doctoral entrance exams like the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET)/Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-National Eligibility Test (CSIR-NET), etc.
