The resources available at the NIMS Kolkata library are exceptional; it has 14000 titles, a sizable collection of reference books, including the most recent edition of Encyclopedia Britannica, Year Book, and a large collection of national and international journals and periodicals. Students are allotted a necessary amount of books according to their course requirements. Depending on availability, hostel facilities are offered to BBA, BBA (HM), and BCA students of all years. NIMS Kolkata offers separate hostel accommodations for girls and boys.
