Neotia Institute of Technology Management and Science (NITMS) was founded by the Ambuja Neotia Group to offer quality technology education to society. NITMS was established in 2002 and was taken over by the Neotia Group in 2008. This private institute has a 200 acre campus and is located on Diamond Harbour Road in Kolkata.
NITMS is affiliated with the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. It offered courses in the field of Engineering, Computer Science, Humanities and Science. It offers a B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.E and an M.Tech degree.

Admission Procedure
Admission at the Neotia Institute of Technology Management and Science is online. Students are to qualify for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE)/ the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE-Main) to get admission to the courses. The applicant must have earned individual passing grades in Physics, Mathematics, and one of the following as required subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or Technical Vocational Subject (in both theory and practical wherever applicable). The candidate must have received a minimum of 45% in all three subjects combined in normal class mode (45% for SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, and PWD). The applicant must have received at least 30% in English in their 10+2 exam.
