The central library at Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science, Chennai (MSCAS Chennai), consists of religious and other important books available for the benefit of the inmates. MSCAS Chennai digital library with e-books and e-journals.

The management offers separate hostel amenities for both males and girls. The boys' hostel is situated on the actual campus. The hostel can accommodate 450 people. A staff group under the direction of higher officials is in charge of all of its operations, including the boarders' discipline. There will be vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine available. There are shuttle badminton courts inside the hostel. There is a separate gym available for the use of the students.

Outside of the campus, in Sholinganallur, there is a separate women's dormitory for girls with all the amenities. Free transportation is arranged for pick-up and delivery from the dorm to the college. All inmates have access to medical care in times of need. Additionally, a generator facility is available to handle power outages and shutdowns. A totally separate gymnasium with updated pieces of equipment has been provided for the benefit of the students.

The college's canteen is next to the main building. The college offers its pupils high-quality snacks and a wide selection of South Indian food. The canteen staff takes particular care to serve wholesome and clean cuisine to the students and staff. Some other facilities include ATM, a fully Wi-Fi-enabled campus, and spacious smart classrooms.
