Miranda House, New Delhi's campus provides a variety of modern infrastructure and facilities for the student's convenience and to enhance their social and academic experiences. The campus library houses a large collection of printed materials, such as books, journals, and other academic periodicals to facilitate study and research.

Students are accommodated in fully furnished hostels that include a storage box, drawer, fitted mattress, bedside table, dresser, cupboard, study desk, overhead bookcase, and chair. There are twin-sharing and four-seater rooms available. A variety of recreational, gyming and sports facilities, including aerobics, yoga, and taekwondo, are available to promote the students' overall development. Students can gain a practical understanding of the disciplines by using fully equipped and course-specific laboratories, like Chemistry lab, Computer lab, Physics lab, Multimedia lab, Project lab, and others.

The entire campus of Miranda House is Wi-Fi enabled and has classrooms outfitted with modern teaching aids. MH has several food outlets, including a canteen, a Nescafe outlet, and a Pizzas and More (PAM) outlet, as well as a Night Dhaba, that serves hygienic and delicious food to students at reasonable prices. A large auditorium is available for a variety of formal and cultural events. The Medical Support Unit at the college is staffed by experienced medical personnel who are responsible for routine checkups of the students and treatment of common illnesses. A nurse attends to the students six days a week and a doctor is available three days in the forenoon. The medical facility is equipped with a blood pressure machine, glucometer, nebulizer, oxygen cylinder, glucose drip, and other necessary medical equipment. A sick room with two medical beds and a patient attendant bed is also available. The Nu-Life Hospital also provides necessary aid to the students.
