Meerut International Institute of Technology, Meerut (MIIT Meerut) was established in 2007 under the aegis of the MJ Charitable Trust. Approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), MIIT Meerut is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University for the BTech and MBA courses, and Board of Technical Education, Lucknow, for the diploma courses.

Admission Procedure
Meerut International Institute of Technology, Meerut (MIIT Meerut) follows an offline admission procedure. The applications forms are availble both on the college website and the college admissions office. The minimum eligibility for admission to the undergraduate technical courses at MIIT Meerut is 10+2 level from a science stream with at least 45% score, for MBA is graduation with at least 50% score, and for polytechnic is 10th fgrade with at least 35% score.
