Malla Reddy College of Pharmacy, Secunderabad (MRCP Secunderabad), is a self-financed institution established in 2004 under the aegis of the CMR Educational Society. Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), MRCP Secunderabad is affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Students can pursue 1 undergraduate (UG), 3 postgraduate (PG) and 2 doctorate courses at MRCP Secunderabad. The UG course is for the degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), the PG courses for Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), and the doctorate courses are for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) and Post-baccalaureate Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D (PB)). Admission Procedure
Malla Reddy College of Pharmacy, Secunderabad offers B.Pharm, M.Pharm and Pharm.D. For applying to the B.Pharm course candidates must pass in the 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and English with Biology or Mathematics as an optional subjects from a recognised board. And for postgraduate admission candidates must have a graduate degree (B.Pharm) in the pharmaceutical field from an institute recognised by the Pharmacy of Council of India (PCI). A percentage of the seats are filled through the all-India level entrance examination - the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) on the basis of the rank secured by the candidates.
