Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad (MRCET Hyderabad), was established in 2004 and is a constituent college of Malla Reddy Group of Institutions. Recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), MRCET Hyderabad is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad courses offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and Ph.D. For taking admission in B.Tech course 70% of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET). And for the M.Tech course candidates need to have a valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score / based on the rank obtained in the test conducted by JNTU.
