Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad (MGIT Hyderabad) is recognised as a trailblazer college of Engineering in self financed category in the state of Telangana. MGIT, Hyderabad is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and offers various undergraduate postgraduate programs across MGIT, Hyderabad was established by the Chaitanya Bharathi Educational Society in 1997.
The university campus resides inside a lush green campus of 30 acres. Admission Procedure
Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad Offers the Undergraduate level, a total of 11 courses in Bachelor of Technology (B.TECH). And for the Post Graduate level, the institute provide 7 courses in Master Of Technology (M.TECH). Candidate must have clear the state level entrance exams-Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) OR Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) and obtain valid score for B.TECH Admission. And for M.TECH,candidate have to clear the National Level entrance exam- Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) OR Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common, (TSPGECET) and obtain valid score.

Faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable including professors, Associate professors, Assistance professors. All the faculty are experienced in their particular stream and very interactive with the student.

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad Training and Placement cell provides a well-equipped block and is in tune with the requirements of the visiting MNCs.
