Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, located in Pune, was established in 1969 with the major goal of providing high-class and valuable hotel management education to students of India. Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology’s admissions are conducted online application. To apply for their undergraduate degrees, candidates must meet all the required eligibility requirements of the course for which they candidate is applying. The candidate has to go through the admission portal created for the candidates and wait for the merit lists on the college website.
Apart from the admission criteria and eligibility, all students must have passed their 10+2 school leaving test from a recognised board of secondary education. Most importantly admission takes place after getting selected through the merit lists. The admission depends on a pure merit basis.
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology are eligible to apply for the Master of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (MHMCT) programme offered by MSIHMCT Pune.
