Established in 1999 by Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society and promoted by a group of renowned Industrialists, businessmen, Professionals, and Philanthropists, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad (MAIT Ghaziabad) strives to provide industry-relevant education and training by way of its carefully designed practical training programs in the field of Technology. Recognized by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and holding an ISO 9001-2015 Certification, MAIT Ghaziabad has also been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The classrooms and tutorial rooms are spacious and well-equipped to meet the requirements of the students. MAIT Ghaziabad has 88 well-equipped laboratories and a computer lab. The library is particularly impressive, with a great collection of books on course curriculum and magazines, journals, and beyond-the-curriculum reading material. The Digital Library is also available to students, making learning more convenient. In terms of sports, MAIT Ghaziabad has an impressive array of indoor and outdoor facilities. The indoor facilities include table tennis, billiards, gym, carom, and chess. The outdoor facilities include badminton, volleyball, football, and cricket. There is also a gymnasium for students to use. MAIT Ghaziabad also provides facilities for the disabled. The other facilities provided by MAIT Ghaziabad are the boys' hostel, medical facilities, an auditorium, an amphitheater, a drawing hall, seven seminar halls, an audio-visual laboratory, a cafeteria, a branch of Union Bank of India and its ATM inside the campus. At MAIT Ghaziabad, the students are provided with an infrastructure that encourages them to learn, grow and develop. MAIT Ghaziabad provides a host of facilities and resources to ensure that students can make the most of their time here. Before the start of the 7th semester, the Placement Officer addresses the students to ensure they possess the necessary technical and soft skills before they enter the job placement pool. MAIT Ghaziabad also gives top priority to building strong connections with the corporate world. To this end, eminent personalities from industries are invited to the institute to participate in seminars, workshops, and guest lectures. Admission Procedure

For BTech admission, Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) score is required. And for MBA admission, candidates must complete graduation from any university and the final admission will be done on the basis of Common Admission Test (CAT)/Common Management Admission Test (CMAT)/Common Entrance Test (CET) exam score. BBA admission will be done on the basis of HSC(10+2) exam score.
