The entire Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore campus is provided Wi-Fi connection with good bandwidth to ensure uninterrupted internet services. The classrooms are fully furnished with air conditioning services. The central library comprises 62832 titles and 111182 volumes of books along with 245 print journals and magazines. The digital hub of the library holds a total of 31500 e-books and e-journals.
The hostels for students at KCT, Coimbatore contains separate divisions for boys and girls. There are 512 rooms total in the six blocks that make up the boys' hostel, which can house 2178 students. In its three blocks, the ladies' hostel has 264 rooms overall capacity of 1216 students. The hostel also features dormitories in Vallalar Maiyam and Sharada Maiyam, which can house about 90 and 70 students, respectively, aside from the hostel blocks. The hostels offer all common amenities, including eating, restrooms, lobby areas, a common ironing and reading room, mineral water, a hot/cold water dispenser, a newspaper, and solar-heated water. Students have access to TV, a browsing center named Hub, a gymnasium named KRAFT, and indoor games. An excellent dining hall is provided beside the hostel.
There are separate courtyards for sports including football, and cricket, 6 badminton courts, and one for volleyball. Both outdoor and indoor gymnasium has been provided. The indoor gymnasium is well furnished with modern pieces of equipment that are complied with international standards followed by proper testing and maintenance. Students are provided with training in different Martial Art forms such as Karate, Wushu, Boxing, Fencing, and Silambam at the Hall of Martial Arts of KCT, Coimbatore. The college provides top-notch Yoga training for the students. The KRAFT fitness center promotes a healthy body and mind. The fact that KRAFT is indoors and covers a space of 2400 square feet is significant. There's a recreation room for the students. For indoor games, there are courts for practicing Table tennis and chess. 1000 people can be served at once in the campus's cafeteria KORE, which provides hygienic, timely, and healthy cuisine for students, teachers, and guests from multicultural communities.
KCT, Coimbatore campus houses an eight-bed hospital, under the supervision of two doctors and staff nursing assistants, namely Aruljyothi Medical Center, that provides basic medical care for the faculty, employees, and students. The ambulance services are open twenty-four hours a day. Stretchers, wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, and other supplies are available in case of any medical emergency.
KCT, Coimbatore owns a fleet of buses and minibusses available from 6:30 am to transport employees and students through a wide range of routes throughout Coimbatore. KCT, Coimbatore owns Ramanandha Adigalar Auditorium, a spacious tastefully decorated, air-conditioned indoor space with excellent lighting and acoustics. The large, auditorium is utilized for campus-level events like convocations, seminars, and conferences in addition to hosting a number of events. It also has a lounge area, green room, LAN/Wi-fi facilities, and audio-visual systems.
There are 3 seminar halls in the college. Sir C.V.Raman Hall, C-Block Seminar Hall, and Swami Vivekananda Hall. These are spacious, well-furnished, LAN/Wi-fi facilitated, and equipped with audio-visual systems. The campus houses a branch of Karur Vysya Bank branch and an Axis Bank ATM for the convenience of financial transactions.
