Admission Procedure
KLE Technological University, Hubballi offers BE, M.Tech, MCA, MBA and Phd degrees. Student seeking admission to BE/M Tech/MBA/MCA should report to Admissions office with all other academic records previously used for admissions, as well as any necessary order copies from CET, Comed-K, Management, and PGCET. Each student's fee challan will be prepared following the entry of their data and provided to them. On campus, students are required to collect the challan that must be paid into the Syndicate Bank college account.
The student must submit the required paperwork along with a computer-generated admission application and copy fee challan later on in the admissions process. The office will issue a provisional admit letter to one more student, concluding the admissions process.
The Karnataka Examination Authority, Bengaluru, conducts an entrance exam for all of the postgraduate programmes. Students interested in seeking admission for the engineering courses must pass 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board along with the merits secured through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Students who want to be admitted to the B.Arch. programme must take a test online administered by the Council of Architecture (NATA). Candidates for the University (management) Quota must have either a Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test PGCET (KEA), Common Admission Test (CAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score in order to be considered for admission and need to speak with the University Administrative Officer. Candidates for PhD admission are urged to check the university website, www.kletech.ac.in, for the admission dates.
