KLE College of Pharmacy, Belagavi (KLECP Belagavi) was established in 1968 on the campus of JN Medical College, Belgaum, and is a constituent unit of KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research, Deemed to be University, since 2009.
Approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), KLECP Belagavi offers 1 undergraduate (UG), 7 postgraduate (PG), 1 diploma (DIP), 1 postgraduate diploma (PG DIP), and 3 doctorate courses for students to pursue. The UG course is for the degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), the PG courses for Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) and Master of Science (M.Sc), while the doctorate courses are for Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) and Post Baccalaureate Doctor of Pharmacy (PB Pharm.D). Admission Procedure
KLE College of Pharmacy, Belagavi conducts an admission procedure for the students with both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees like B.Pharm, M.Pharm with seven specialisations, D.Pharm, Pharma.D and Ph.D in Pharmacy. The students are required to pass in their 10+2 examinations with the required eligibility stated in the official website to apply in the undergraduate programs like B.Pharm, Pharma. D and D.Pharm, and for the postgraduate degrees the students are required to have a bachelor's degree in the relevant field with qualifying marks. The final admission would be based on the merits gained by the individual student.

The mission of the faculty is to support the National Program for Graduate-Trained Pharmaceutical Manpower by supplying graduates of prescribed training programmes, such as B. Pharm., M. Pharm., Pharm. D., and Ph. D., with professional pharmaceutical education and effective competency to carry out the national task of meeting social and pharmaceutical needs in pharmaceutical education and research.
