Khalisani Mahavidyalaya, Chandannagar (KMV, Chandannagar) is an institution founded in 1970 with a vision of imparting education to people from predominantly rural areas and enabling them to acquire the height of excellence.
Affiliated with the University of Burdwan, KMV Chandannagar offers a wide range of courses in the field of liberal arts science and commerce courses in only undergraduate level. KMV, Chandannagar is currently providing 12 Honors courses including B.A., B Com, and B Sc degrees alongside 4 courses from a general stream and serving more than 3000 students at once.
KMV, Chandannagar follows an online procedure of admission followed by the selection procedure to be held based on merit and eligibility criteria. There are provisions for merit-based scholarships and also financial aid for underprivileged candidates.

Khalisani Mahavidyalaya, Chandannagar follows an online method of admission. Admissions to KMV, Chandannagar are mainly based on the merit and eligibility criteria of the applicants. KMV, Chandannagar offers undergraduate courses only under the faculty of B.A, B.Sc and B.Com both in Honours and General course types. Applicants applying for B.A must have passed (10+2) or any equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board. Applicants applying for B.Sc must have passed (10+2) or any equivalent examination in Science with concerned subjects as per the respective departments. B.Com applicants must have passed (10+2) or any equivalent examination in Commerce stream from any recognized board.
