KMC Mangaluru’s library consists of 68308 books, 3240 Journals, 8630 e-journals, 18025 e-Books, 39607 Back volumes, and 921 CDs.
KMC Mangaluru offers separate accommodation facilities for men and women. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and cosy. The lush green surroundings of the hostel provide a comfortable ambience well-suited for staying and studying. The hostels provide other amenities such as foodcourt and mess facility.

Sporting infrastructure at the campus includes football, cricket, tennis, basketball, lawn tennis, volleyball, running track, boxing, hockey, table tennis, and a separate sports complex dedicated to indoor sports. The indoor gymnasium at the campus is equipped with the latest fitness machinery. The campus also comes with a swimming pool.
To provide students and staff within the campus with easy and fast access to the internet, the campus has been equipped with high-speed wifi connections. The classrooms are spacious, ventilated, and equipped with ICT facilities to create a conducive academic environment. The classrooms have a seating capacity of 125-300 students. The demonstration rooms are also equipped with the latest digital facilities and have an accommodation capacity of 75 students. KMC Mangaluru’s auditorium has a seating capacity of 750 people. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with advanced A/V and lighting facilities making it best suited for hosting a range of events and functions. Important seminars and conferences are organised in the conference rooms which are spacious, furnished, and are also equipped with the latest A/V facilities.
