The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology offers a variety of infrastructure. The library accommodates 18,434 books, 16,806 bound volumes, 665 active subscriptions to print journals, magazines and newspapers as well as many other digital resources like student project reports, 2813 CDs, 555 videos, digital resources (subscription to 17 e-databases and 12,000+ e-journals) and Wi-Fi connectivity.
The students are housed in various distinct hostels such as air-conditioned hostels for boys and girls that have separate kitchens and dining areas as well as indoor and outdoor game rooms, reading rooms with marble floors.
The KIIT Bhubaneshwar's sports complex offers a variety of facilities for students to participate in sports including two campus sports stadiums for outdoor sports like a Cricket field with turf wicket, a Hockey court with astroturf, Kabaddi, Football, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Throwball, Basketball, Rugby, Handball, Netball, and 400-meter track and field, Badminton as well as indoor games like Billiards and Snooker with air-conditioned rooms, Chess, Carom, and Table Tennis as well as 12 station multi gym for the students to maintain a healthy and fit physique.
The students are also benefitted with an Olympic sized swimming pool with temperature-conditioned atmosphere. The students have access to a Wi-Fi campus with a built-up area of 7.5 million square feet that includes smart classrooms with LCD projectors and other cutting-edge teaching tools, as well as 12 different labs with well-equipped instruments.
The Central Convention Center Complex (auditorium) also has 18 conference halls, 20 open-air theatres with capacities ranging from 500 to 50,000 and a five-acre exhibition ground. Other facilities include a transportation service that offers the KIIT Bhubaneshwar's own fleet of buses for the transportation and travel of the students and teachers, as well as 25 multi-cuisine cafeterias with food courts for proper and hygienic meals. Additionally, the campus has access to banks, and ATMs too.
