JSS Medical College, Mysuru (JSSMC, Mysuru) is a college undertaken by JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru. Initiating its journey in 1984-85 JSSMC is missioned to impart quality education and knowledge in the field of medical sciences to generate an exemplary breed of globally competent medical professionals possessing firm values and morals and serving humanity with sincerity and passion and securing a place of a premiere medical science institution both globally and nationally.
Affiliated to the deemed-to-be-university JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru; JSSMC, Mysuru offers various courses under the streams of allied health sciences, science, and medical sciences with undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma degrees. JSSMC, Mysuru follows the procedure of offline admission. As per the basic eligibility criteria, the candidates are compulsory to pass the NEET UG exam. The entire selection procedure follows the mode offline based on the demands of the JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru. Admission Procedure
JSS Medical College, Mysuru follows the procedure of online (e-joining) and offline admissions. Candidates seeking admission at JSSMC Mysuru need to pass the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) exam as their basic eligibility criteria. Candidates must have successfully completed (10+2) equivalent exams with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology as their main subjects. Based on their merit in NEET UG, the seats would be allocated through institution offline mop-up counseling. JSSMC Mysuru follows a procedure of counseling before the final selection of the candidates.
