JKK Munirajah College of Technology admits students to its undergraduate and postgraduate engineering courses based on the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) and Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) counselling respectively. JKKMCT Chennai offers undergraduate courses in engineering in various disciplines such as Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Automobile Engineering, etc. It also offers postgraduate courses in Engineering in Computer Science, Power Electronics and Drives, Manufacturing Engineering, Applied Electronics and more. The admission process is carried out as per the norms and regulations of Anna University, Chennai. Eligible candidates can apply for admission through the online application process, and the selection is based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination and the entrance exam the applicants must have pursued 10+2 system of Education with a pass in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination for underdergraduate programs, and pass a recognised Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration and obtained at least 50 % in the qualifying degree examination.
