JIS University, Kolkata has a strong infrastructure that gives students access to a central library with traditional and electronic resources that span all subject areas and associated ones. In addition to a Central Library and two distinct departmental libraries, namely Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Library and the Department of Juridical Science Library, the traditional resource section also includes other materials related to the course as well as a book bank with books, journals, reports, magazines, and other materials. In the category of digital resources, the students have access to a full-fledged digital library, which includes online databases, micro-documents, DELNET access, e-Books and Journals, IEEE e-Journals, and other free e-books & e-journals.

The University has separate hostels for boys and girls, each with two or three single rooms and an adjoining bathroom, as well as a common room (sitting area), gaming, newspapers, cable TV, safe drinking water (Auqaguard), geysers, refrigerators, a visitors' lounge, laundry services, considerate wardens, diligent security, CCTV surveillance, and many other amenities that are necessary for a student to live there.

In order to make proper use of the institute's physical activities, the campus offers a sports complex with indoor game rooms and an indoor gym with modern equipment for the students to utilise. The students have access to a wifi-enabled campus, well-maintained flip classrooms with Smart boards and ICT facilities, communication labs, biotech labs, computer science labs, instrument labs, and science labs, as well as ICT-enabled seminar halls with white boards, conference halls, and reading rooms, all of which are aimed to enhance the teaching-learning process for the students and provide them with resources based on research.

In addition, the students have access to a variety of other facilities, such as a cafeteria that serves healthy meals and a medical centre that helps them deal with any medical emergencies.
