Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTU Kakinada) is an autonomous institute, which was originally the school of Engineering, Vizagpatnam affiliated with Andhra University was established within the year 1946. this school became the constituent of Nehru Technological University in 1972 under the directories of the govt of Andhra Pradesh . JNTU Kakinada offers undergraduate engineering programs in 7 branches of engineering with a Bachelor of Technology [B. Tech] degrees within the following: engineering , Chemical Engineering, computing , Electronics and Communications Engineering, Petro-Chemical Engineering, etc. Bachelor of Pharmacy [B Pharm] is additionally there to pursue at the undergraduate level.
