In 1996, a consortium of six distinguished businessmen, philanthropists, and academicians joined forces to create an Institute for providing top-notch Management and Technical Education to Bhopal and its environs; and so the Institute of Professional Education and Research, Bhopal (IPER Bhopal) was born. Due to the commitment of Chaitanya Shiksha Samiti, IPER Bhopal has grown from its meager beginnings to one of the most esteemed Institutions in Central India, primarily focusing on Business Management studies. IPER Bhopal is approved by AICTE.

IPER Bhopal has dedicated and trained faculty. The goals of the faculty are to provide the students with a sufficient foundation in management and commerce education and to develop communication abilities in students.
The campus is equipped with spacious classrooms, seminars, and syndicate rooms that are designed to create a professional atmosphere for students. Advanced audio-visual aids and support facilities are available in the training halls, enabling students to present their ideas and projects in an interactive manner. The classrooms and seminar halls are also equipped with display boards and other audio-visual tools for facilitating blended teaching methods. A well-equipped computer lab and a conference hall are also available at IPER Bhopal. Wi-Fi connectivity is provided across the campus to enable students to access the internet for educational purposes. The library is well-stocked with newspapers, research journals, textbooks, and reference books authored by both Indian and International writers. Students also have access to a digital library where they can access research journals, books, and these repositories, newspaper articles, and other resources. Apart from educational facilities, IPER Bhopal also offers recreational facilities such as a cafeteria, cricket ground, volleyball court, table tennis court, and chess. The sports grounds provide students with an opportunity to engage in physical activities and stay fit.

For UG admission, candidates must pass HSC(10+2) from any board. Admission at IPER Bhopal UG is only through the online counselling process run by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
And for MBA admission, candidates must complete bachelor's degree (10+2+3) from any university. The Directorate of Technical Education of Madhya Pradesh (DTE), Government of MP, oversees the admissions process for IPER Bhopal MBA.
