Admission Procedure
Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad offers PGDM and Ph.D courses for which the applying candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. (45% in case of SC / ST / PC candidates), from a UGC recognized university /deemed university recognized by the Ministry of HRD, GoI. Candidates have to appear in any one of the admission test - Common Admission Test (CAT )/ Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)/ Management Aptitude Test (MAT)/ Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). IMT Hyderabad admissions procedure is held through an online mode.

Scholarships
Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad offers students with the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme where the candidates will not be required to pay the academic fee component as they will get 100% academic fees waiver. "Smt Leela Nath memorial scholarship" where all female candidates of IMT Hyderabad who are admitted to any of the PGDM programs will receive a scholarship of 20% on the academic fee's component. Merit-Based Scholarship where candidates who have scored a 90 percentile or above in Common Admission Test (CAT) or Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) or a 650+ absolute score in Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and admitted to IMT Hyderabad, will receive a scholarship of 40% on the academic fee component.
