A variety of indoor games are available in the students' common room to promote their overall development. Course-specific and fully equipped laboratories such as an IT lab with internet connected PCs, basic food production lab, advanced training kitchen, bakery and confectionery unit, training housekeeping laboratory, front office training module, 32-cover restaurant, and well-designed training bar are provided for students to gain a practical understanding of the disciplines.
The entire campus of IHRM Kolkata is Wi-Fi enabled and has spacious lecture halls aided with audio-visual features. A clean and well-kept cafeteria serves delicious food at reasonable prices to the students. A well-equipped auditorium is available for a variety of cultural and formal events.
