The Institute of Business Management and Research (IBMR), Kolkata is one of the leading premium management institutes in Eastern India. Students are firstly required to fill up the application forms and thereafter appear for the entrance exams to meet the eligibility criteria. However, Indian students who have passed their 10+2 higher secondary school examinations from a recognized University are also eligible to apply.

Admission Procedure
The Institute of Business Management and Research conducts an admission procedure by filling up the application forms while scoring through an entrance exam of the MAKAUT university to match with eligibility criteria. Indian citizens having passed/appeared in (10+2) Higher Secondary Examination in general or Vocational Stream under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from a recognized University / Board with a Valid Score Card are eligible to apply for the BBA courses of IBMR Kolkata.
IBMR Kolkata also offers MBA and MHA courses. West Bengal Management Aptitude Test (WBMAT) will be conducted for the MHA course and should be graduated in a relevant stream. To apply for an MBA Candidates will be chosen based on the score they performed in the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), or Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) examination. The performance will also be evaluated using GD and Pl, which will take place at IBMR facilities.
