The Institute of Advanced Management, Kolkata (IAM), is a private autonomous hospitality management institution recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Established in 1989, IAM Kolkata is among the oldest professional hospitality colleges in India and one of the first to receive AICTE approval. Situated in Salt Lake Sector-V, IAM is situated on a sprawling campus in Kolkata, West Bengal.
The IAM Kolkata campus houses well-equipped classrooms, a library with an extensive collection of books and journals, a digital library storing a variety of accessible audio-visual material, state-of-the-art course-specific laboratories, a training hotel on campus for students’ practical experiences, and sports and extra-curricular facilities for football, cricket, etc. The IAM Kolkata campus is a residential campus accommodating fully-furnished hostels for boys and girls. Candidates clearing the e-CHAT round will be invited to a group discussion and personal interview (GD/PI) round.
