Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Bhopal is an autonomous university established in 2008. IISER, Bhopal with recognition under the University Grants Commission (UGC) offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degree courses in the various disciplines of science and humanities.

Along with the educational infrastructural backup, the college also provides separate hostels for boys and girls and a well-functioning health centre that provides round-the-clock emergency service.
